Find Out If You Are Covered By Insurance
Step 1
In order to receive orthopedic/diabetic shoes, compression stockings, braces or support products, or one of our other items, you will need a prescription from your primary physician or a specialist.
Step 2
You have an option of bringing in the prescription to our location or simply sending it over via email or fax. In order for our associates to process your prescription in a timely manner we will need a copy of all your insurance cards, medical records that support the medical necessity for the item you are seeking as well as the prescription from your doctor. The authorization process typically takes up to 2 weeks or less depending on your insurance and urgency of the item you are seeking.

Once we receive an approval from your insurance we will contact you to come into our office to get fitted and/or pick up your item!
